David founded Imagine Presentations and events in 2001 and was the driving force behind the development of the event loft. David wanted to create the perfect filming and photographic studio space for clients and their projects so the development of our purpose-built in-house filming and photographic studios in 2020 became a reality! David's ethos and vision are clear; that all our clients are given a warm welcome and go on to receive a friendly and professional service that exceeds expectations and delivers value for money too. Having worked in the events, creative and hospitality industry for 22 years, David’s attention to detail and unflappable personality makes him the perfect leader of our team here at the event loft (yes, he’s a popular guy), plus he’s pretty good at table tennis too!
Simon is our Technical Manager and has worked with David since the very beginning! There is nothing Simon can’t handle or answer technically– he's an expert in his field and our clients just love working with him! You’ll find him and the production team putting together technical specs, or behind the cameras and lights in the Gallery editing and producing videos and films. When he’s not working in studio or location for events, you’ll likely find Simon in his workshop or under the bonnet of a car- he loves DIY and his engines!
When you make an enquiry or booking, you will likely speak to our in-house Event Co-Ordinator Bethia, or Sophie our Production and Design Assistant, who will look after you throughout your booking process and while you are with us.
